SELF-CONFIDENCE....How high can you go?

Confidence.....Innate or learned?

Self-Confidence is not something that can be learnt like a set of rules. There are a lot to put in place for one to exude an excellent kind of confidence. This is because….

Confidence is a state of mind! That is why positive thinking, constant practice, personal training, acquiring more knowledge and talking to other people are a few useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence level.

Self-confidence, the combination of self-efficacy and self-esteem, is an essential part of humanity. Self-efficacy is the internal sense, or belief that we can accomplish a variety of tasks or goals throughout life, while Self-esteem is similar, but more related to believing we are generally competent in what we do, and that we deserve to be happy in life.

A person with self-confidence generally likes him or herself and is willing to take risks to achieve his or her personal and professional goals, and thinks positively about the future. Someone who lacks self-confidence, however, is less likely to feel that she can achieve her goals and she tends to have a negative perspective about herself and what she hopes to gain in life.

The good news is…...
Self-confidence is something that you can build on your own! Did I just see you make that ‘how can it be done’ face? That ought not to be the face of one who is trying to build some level of confidence here.

Start today! Make eye contact with someone during a conversation and see how that works for you……

I see you loving yourself and on your way to becoming SELF-CONFIDENT!
